Basement Remodeling Project – Entertainment Space
Location & Type: Medina, Ohio – Basement With a Half Bath Renovation
The Hajek’s, who are repeat customers, were ready to have their basement finished. They love to host and wanted this area to be an entertainment space for themselves as well as friends/family. We knocked down both walls on the stairway and put in iron balusters.
Throughout, a luxury vinyl plank was installed to keep the space warm and inviting, but cohesive.
In the powder room, the Hajek’s continued the vinyl plank and added touches of chrome fixtures for their faucet and amenities. They choose the Highline toilet from Kohler, with the elongated bowl and soft close/grip tight toilet seat.
Overall, the Hajek’s were happy with their finish basement and cannot wait to be able to host for their friends and family members.

Drop ceiling throughout: 2’ x 2’ USG Radar Tiles
Stairs: Wrought Iron balusters (see picture)
Half Bathroom:
Toilet: Kohler’s “Highline”
Amenities: American Standard’s “Delancey” collection in the finish chrome
Includes; paper holder, towel ring, and 8” widespread vanity faucet
Vanity light: Nuvo’s “Empire” 3 bulb
Vent unit: Panasonic WhisperFit EX fan/light combo
